The key workplace drivers

Pulse Check's research programme seeks to get at what makes organisations work (or not work) by understanding how their people relate both to the organisation itself and to each other. We explore at the level of individual behaviour, themes which impact on the larger issue of organisational effectiveness. Specifically, in conjunction with leading academics in the field, we examine key behavioural drivers of workplace performance; seeking to understand the reciprocal relationship between these behaviours and the organisation's culture, systems and norms.

To do this, we ask organisations to help us validate research in areas of mutual interest - indentifying those items which are strongly correlated with performance - and then, through reports and workshops, we share and explore the results of the research with them.

Currently Pulse Check is engaged in two distinct pieces of research: Creative Leadership and Work Relations. If your organisation is interested in learning more about, or taking part in, these or other research projects in development, please contact Pulse Check at research@pulse-check.com.
