Making sense of the numbers

Pulse Check's approach to quantitative research has four main stages: Ensuring your questions are 'reliable'; capturing the data; finding the key drivers within the data; and reporting them back to your key constituencies.

1. Reliability

A reliable questionnaire is one that that would give the same results if you used it repeatedly with the same group. In other words, it is an accurate measure of the thing you are trying to measure. Whether drawing on our bank of tried and tested questions or designing new questions, Pulse Check will ensure that your questions are 'reliable'.

2. Capturing data

Web-based:

Pulse Check’s hosted, web-based survey solutions and feedback tools are flexible, scaleable and secure. Our platform is highly configurable, allowing you to choose anything from a one-off, snapshot survey, to an enterprise application meeting a wide variety of different surveying and feedback requirements simultaneously.

Paper-based:

Pulse Check also provide a full paper-based survey service – from design and printing of forms, through distribution and collection, to scanning and data formatting.

3. Analysis

Pulse Check use statistical analysis - structural equation modelling, factor analysis, regression analysis, cluster analysis, and key driver analysis - to refine survey data into actionable intelligence.

4. Reporting

Password protected online reports, available from launch through your own client account, let you analyse data in real-time. We also provide bespoke reporting solutions - digital dashboards, workshops, presentations, and micro-sites - as required.
